Saving and Using the Calendar

Yup! It works! Right click on "Use It!", select "Save Target As.." and save the file in the location you want. It prompted me to save as an Open Office Calc document, which I did, and then I could open it as a spreadsheet with a tab for each month with full functionality to personalise. LOVE IT!! (I have a PC with Windows Vista, used Internet Explorer 8, and have the latest Open Office update). Note: It's not like using Outlook, or similar combined calendar/email programs, if that's what you're after. It's a document with the calendar template already set up. Perfect for my needs and saved me the trouble of creating my own!

Answers to coments....

Do we need to go to a forum to get answers? Or do 'those that are in the know' read them & answer here?

Contributor

As a Dutch contributor I normally check if I can download the file myself. I assume other contributors do the same. Once that is established I seldom come back to the dowloadpage, since mostly all is well. Don't know if you can get in contact with the contributor directly. I assume he is the one that posted the comment with the name VERTEX42.

Downloading : Right-clciking on "USE IT!"

Using Firefox 3.5 I downloaded the file with right-clicking on the green button "USE IT!". No problems at all.

How do I download this template?

I can click on 'USE IT' but that just opens a browser window with a weird split screen. I want to download the template as a file that I save on my pc & then can use without being connected to the internet. Is this not possible?

Save to Your Computer

IE7: Right-click on the Use It button and select Save Target As ... Firefox 3: Right-click on the Use It button and select Save Link As ... I'm sure there is a similar approach for other operating systems and browsers.
