Half Templates

I also am having the same problem. When I click on the "Use it" button I get only the bottom half of the template. Is there a fix? Are we all doing something wrong??

I was also having the same problem with all the templates I tried to download. I finally figured out how to do it. Right click on the USE IT button, then click on SAVE TARGET AS (I saved to my desktop), then when the window opens click on OPEN.

i am having the same problem. i thought i wasn't saving properly or something, or needed to upload or whatever, but it is this way with all the templates i have tried to open up today. if someone knows how to fix, please help.

I'm afraid I'm not familiar with that type of error and I have not been able to reproduce the error with my version of OpenOffice.org (2.4.1)

Cannot view the whole template

I have clicked on the "Use it!" button on several templates, and cannot view the entire thing. It only gives me the bottom half. I do not have a lot of experience here, so tell me like I was a six, ok, maybe a 10yr. old. Thanks
