Lulu.com 8.25" x 10.75" Sized Book

This book template corresponds to
the Lulu.com 8.25" x 10.75" Sized Casewrap Book Cover template.

I have provided this on my own, on a voluntary basis. Lulu.com bears no responsibility.

In hopes that this template could be of more use to you, other than just as a book template, I have modified the styles to include a reasonable envelope size: "#9 Envelope".

At the time of writing, the original Lulu.com template was available at the book publishing section, and it came with instructions.
