I'm just trying to help. I downloaded the image of the template from Lulu.com, and pasted it to an OTG template. For more information on how to use this OTG template [e.g. how to hide the Lulu.com template image, without deleting it], use the software help-feature to find information on layers. I have already set the layer to not be printed.

At the time of writing, the original Lulu.com template was available at Lulu.com's book publishing section, and it came with instructions.
