Hi This is the comment I get when trying to download any of the templates. Can you help please as I would like to use them.

I would close the browser and try again. I am not sure what browser you use but I recommend Firefox. See if this lets you download templates. Also make sure to save the template (like to desktop), not just "open" when prompted.
