To begin click on the mouse in the box marked For the Week Starting. Then type the date. Use the Tab key to move to the next text box.
Type out your lesson plans and staple them into your plan book. Cells can be used to enter plans for each subject, duties, and special notes. Do not type beyond the area allowed. That will hide information upon printing. There should be plenty of room for your lessons. The grade is a drop down list box. Click on it to change the grade for your own level. Microsoft Works educational materials had a similar format but was restricted to only 3 columns per page. This OpenOffice lesson planner has 4 columns per page to accommodate more information.
