As far as I know, OO.o doesn't deal with 3 decimal places, so I set this file to use centimeters, instead of inches.

This book template corresponds to the Lulu.com Pocket Book Sized Paperback Book Cover template.

I have provided this on my own, on a voluntary basis. Lulu.com bears no responsibility. I downloaded the Word version of the Lulu.com template, and hand converted it to an OTT template. If you downloaded the Word template, and opened it with OO.o, then you'd see that it isn't exactly the same as mine. I made it as similar as possible, but made judgement calls, because some of the settings made no sense.

In hopes that this template could be of more use to you, other than just as a book template, I have modified the styles to include a reasonable envelope size: "#6 3/4 (Personal) Envelope". I have also modified the styles to use FreeSerif, FreeSans, and FreeMono, assuming that these fonts are consistently available. See "GNU FreeFont: Why do we need free outline UCS fonts?" for more information.

At the time of writing, the original Lulu.com template was available at Lulu.com's book publishing section, and it came with instructions.
