Endurance Running Trainer

Having become a little fed up with not finding a suitable Excel or OOo spreadsheet that I could use to plan my marathon and ultramarathon training, I decided to create my own. The template goes for 16 weeks, though more can easily be added as needed. I rest on Friday's and Saturdays, but those can be moved around as well.

Revision 3 removes the Count column and uses the Average(Days) formula to acheive the average in the Average column. Probably will be more tweaks to follow as I play around with this.
